The Accommodation

Comfortably equipped with fixtures and furnishings, Brackendale House is a very delightful, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay with convenient features including laundry facilities, parking, gear storage and a garden and barbeque. Mountain views are in abundance and walking trails leading to the river are accessed directly from the back garden. It's Ideal for visitors or locals alike.
Local amenities lie a block away including pubs, restaurants, mountain bike shops, grocery stores and coffee shops. The quite neighbourhood offers a park with a children’s play area. Childcare can be arranged too with a qualified local childcare provider. A major grocery outlet, theatre, mexican, chinese, fish and chips, sushi, banks, post offices and many other facilites are also within a five minute drive.
Local transport links to Whistler and Vancouver are a short walk away via the near-by main connecting 'Highway 99' for road access. The Squamish Airport offers affordable air travel. Cable TV, XBox, DVD, computer & Internet are also offered.
A suplimental cleaning service, catering or a grocery / liquor store shopping service can be arranged too as well as airport or occaisional local collection and drop off, if desired. Option 1. Four Bedroom House: $250 per night, $1000 per calendar week or $3000 per calendar month based on occupancy of six, (max 8). NOT AVAILABLE.
Option 2. Three Bedroom Apartment: $145 per night, $750 per calendar week or $2000 per calendar month based on occupancy of 4, (max 6) NOT AVAILABLE.
Option 3. One Bedroom Apartment: $45 per night, $250 per calendar week or $1000 per calendar month - based on single occupancy (max 2).
Option 4. Room (and bath) only (no use of the kitchen): $35 per night, $225 per calendar week or $750 per calendar month - based on single occupancy (max 2).
Rates are inclusive and shown in Canadian Dollars. Add 10% each, for additional people. The accommodation is not suitable for pets, smokers & antisocials. You are kindly requested to leave the accommodation (including bathroom, kitchen & linen) clean and ready for those enjoying it next to avoid a $100 cleaning fee. A security deposit, your vehicle license number as well as References & credit checks may be required and a stay contract will be signed. Applications from internationals may need to include a copy of your passport and or visa.
